Processing

Standard processing times for in-stock items are typically within 24 to 48 hours of order submission. If an item you selected is out of stock, we will notify you upon review of your order with an updated estimate of processing and shipping times for your items. At our discretion, we may ship your items that are in-stock and subsequently ship your back ordered item. Any subsequent shipments to your order will be shipped free of charge.

If you are a bridal client submitting a large order, we will contact you to confirm your order and to notify you of anticipated processing and shipping dates based on stock availablity and potential need to custom order particular items for your purchase.

For bridal parties and bridesmaids gifts, we recommend placing your order four to six weeks in advance to ensure we can process your complete order in a timely fashion.

 

Custom Orders

If you have placed an order for certain custom designed jewelry pieces (i.e., Italian mesh necklaces, bracelet combinations or earrings), please note that your design will be completed in the order it was received and may be subject to longer processing times. 


Shipping

Standard domestic shipping is USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery within 2-3 days of the shipping date. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note however that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additionally, international shipping rates may vary depending on shipping destination. If you are placing an order from outside the U.S., please e-mail us first at mod@muranomod.com prior to submitting your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
